This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines for such requests in relation to the services we provide, including mobile recharge, DTH recharge, electricity bill payment, fastag recharge, credit card recharge, education fees, loan EMI payments, mobile postpaid services, and OTT packs.
While we strive to provide the best services, there are certain conditions under which we may offer a refund. Please note that the following terms apply:
Mobile Recharge / DTH Recharge / Mobile Postpaid / Fastag Recharge / Credit Card Recharge: Once a recharge has been successfully processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the details (e.g., phone number, amount, operator) before confirming the transaction. If there is an error in the transaction due to a fault on our end, we will assess the situation and process the refund.
Bill Payments (Electricity, Education Fees, Loan EMI, etc.): Once a bill payment has been processed successfully and the payment is acknowledged by the respective service provider, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If the payment is unsuccessful or there is an error in the transaction, we will initiate a refund after verifying the issue.
OTT Packs: For OTT subscription services, once the pack has been activated, no refunds will be provided. If you encounter any issues with activation, please contact our support team for assistance.
Service Failure or Technical Issues: In the event of a service failure due to a technical issue on our platform, we will attempt to resolve the issue or offer a refund based on the nature of the issue. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will notify you of the outcome.
You can cancel a service or transaction within a specified time frame, depending on the nature of the service:
Mobile Recharge / DTH Recharge / Fastag Recharge / Credit Card Recharge: Once a recharge is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check all information before confirming your transaction.
Bill Payments (Electricity, Education Fees, Loan EMI, etc.): If your bill payment has been processed but the payment has not been acknowledged by the respective provider, you may be eligible for cancellation. Requests for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of the payment being processed.
OTT Packs: Cancellation is not possible once the OTT pack has been activated. If you have any issues with the pack, please contact us, and we will try to help.
